Your body forms things that can avoid you from catching a disease that spread, but behaviors can also help you too, like eating healthful foods. Cells can help you, but they need food for growth, tissue repairs, and other injuries. Do not eat too much junk food. Eat more grains, fruits and vegetables so that the cells can fight disease. Protein, such as fish and lean meat, help growth and cell repairs. Dairy can help give you vitamins, calcium, and other minerals. You also must have less fat, sugar, and salt in your body. You need physical activity because it helps you by strengthening your muscles. Sleep is the time you give yourself. Sleep gives the organs time to rest and mend.
