Do you know what a food pyramid is? A food pyramid is a pyramid that shows different kinds of food. There are six food groups that make up the meals you sometimes eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The six food groups are fats, dairy, meat, vegetables, fruits, and grains.

Grains is one of the most important food in the food group. One example of a grain is bread. Another example is cereal. Grains are one of the common food that you eat almost everyday.

Another important food in the food group is called vegetables. One example of a vegetable is carrots. If you can find something green, it might be a vegetable. One example of a green vegetable is lettuce.

Fruits are healthy for you and some of them may be very delicious. One example of a fruit is strawberries. Fruits are one of the ost delicious food in the food pyramid.

Dairy is good for you, so let's see what there is in the dairy group. One example of dairy food is yogurt. One of the common dairy product that you drink almost everyday is milk.

Meat is the product that almost all of you eat. If you do not have meat, then will you just eat rice. If you are not a vegetarian, then you probably eat meat everyday.

The most unhealthiest thing that you eat a lllliiiitttle bit of is fats.
