Static electricity is very interesting. Basically, static electricity is when two objects attract to each other. This is when there are different charges in each one. For example, negative charges in a balloon will attract positive charges in a wall. In other words, the balloon will stick to the wall, but not for long. As it sticks, it starts losing it negative charges so it will soon fall off the wall. You can also do this same thing with your hair. First, rub the balloon on your head. Then, as you hold the balloon above your head, some of your hair will stand up ant stick to the balloon! If you have the same charges in the same materials, the materials will repel. That, you could use the same thing as above. As a result, static electricity is very cool!
