Metamorphic Rocks

Metamorphic rocks are formed by heat and pressure. They are formed deep inside Earth. The higher the pressure, the flatter the layers. Metamorphic rocks are usually hard. Some examples of metamorphic rocks are slate,phyllite, and gneiss.
