Eating a balanced meal is very important. In a balanced meal, you should have at least four out of the six food groups. One healthy breakfast could be cereal with fruit. Another meal that would be good for your health is a peanut butter and banana sandwich with celery and a cup of milk. That would be good for lunch. Now for dinner, you should have spaghetti with tomato sauce on it, five pieces of steak, some salad, and a cup of milk. After that big dinner, you'll probably only have room for 1/4 of a small chocolate bar, but only eat that with milk. You've heard my ideas for healthy meals, so I hope you try some of them. Remember to stay healthy.
